A full time hybrid role is available with our Cincinnati, Ohio client for a

Systems Engineer who will serve as the escalation point for Level I and II technicians as well as managing servers. This position will be working complex server and network issues daily. A cybersecurity focused approach required.

Hybrid onsite - 3 days remote 2 onsiteEstimated salary: $60-80K/yr.

Requirements:

  • Help Desk experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology preferred
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
  • CompTIA Security+
  • MCSA: Windows Server OS
  • 5+ Years of technical support experience
  • Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues
  • Experience resolving advanced network issues
  • Experience with Windows 8/10
  • Experience with Windows Server OS
  • Experience with HyperV and VMWare
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online,SQL, etc.)
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to travel to client locations as needed
